I started working for Saputo in 2004. I chose this company because its philosophy is in line with my own view of a quality organization: Saputo cares about employee well-being, product quality and customer satisfaction. Furthermore, Saputo has a long-term commitment and specific growth objectives in the dairy industry.

I first joined the team as Production Operation Director for the Bampton, Ontario plant. I eventually got promoted to Senior Director for this plant and the one in Winkler, Manitoba. I encourage employees to follow safety regulations, ensure all operations go smoothly so that we can keep producing quality products, meet our deadlines, production quotas and budget objectives, and strive to find ways to reduce our waste.

I love working here and always feel motivated by the energy of Mr. Saputo and his management team, as well as their approach towards human resources. The support and acknowledgement we receive encourage us to be creative and keep an open mind. As we pursue our international growth, career opportunities become more abundant. At Saputo, we really get the feeling that we’re working for our own company.
