In FY21, we joined the Catalyst Champions For Change initiative as part of our commitment to accelerating progress towards gender equality, diversity, and inclusion in the workplace. Partnering with Catalyst provides us with the knowledge and tools from years of research as well as best practices on the market.
In December 2020, 14 employees across all our Divisions participated in the MARC Summit – Men Advocating for Real Change. Over this two-day virtual experience organized by Catalyst, participants heard personal stories from men who spoke about their challenge to be authentic and invited them to engage in more effective gender partnerships to model a healthier culture of masculinity. This summit inspired these employees to leverage their unique opportunity and responsibility to be advocates for equity. In order to share what was learned and continue the conversation within the organization, participants of the Summit hosted an information session for their colleagues.
